Luke has twenty years of experience working in schools and within the education sector. As the head of the programme responsible for the strategic direction and achievement of the team, he works closely with schools and wider groups to structure provision for children and young people.
KELLY JAMES
ENGAGEMENT OFFICER
Kelly has over twenty years of experience of working for Cardiff Council within the children and young people’s sector. She is responsible for partner engagement and developing opportunities to access activities across the city, as well as the management of several projects working in partnership with corporate teams and partners.
TIMOTHY BRETT
SOCIAL MEDIA AND DATA ASSISTANT
Tim is responsible for day-to-day administrative duties, photo and video capture at events, as well as managing — and producing content for — the Passport to the City website, app, and social media accounts.
RHIAN BOYCE
PROJECT OFFICER
Rhian has 29 years of experience working in schools and the education sector in Cardiff. For the past 18 months, she has successfully led the Little Gigs Bach project, which has made a significant impact on young musicians in the city. She will continue in this role while also taking on responsibility for the Graduation programme within the Passport team.
