ENGAGEMENT OFFICER

Kelly has over twenty years of experience of working for Cardiff Council within the children and young people’s sector. She is responsible for partner engagement and developing opportunities to access activities across the city, as well as the management of several projects working in partnership with corporate teams and partners.

Tim

TIMOTHY BRETT
SOCIAL MEDIA AND DATA ASSISTANT

As well as day-to-day administrative operations, Tim is responsible for capturing high-quality photo and video content at events and managing all digital communications across the year. He works closely with city partners to curate and publish engaging content across the Passport to the City website, mobile app, and social media platforms, ensuring consistency, bilingualism, and alignment with the initiative’s core objectives. 

Rhian

RHIAN BOYCE
PROJECT OFFICER

Rhian has thirty years of experience working in schools and the education sector in Cardiff. For the past 18 months, she has successfully led the Little Gigs Bach project, which has made a significant impact on young musicians in the city. She will continue in this role while also taking on responsibility for the Graduation programme within the Passport team.
